Rejection Letter

Rejection letters are issued for Afghan nationals that do not have the required documents to apply for an Afghan passport such as an original Tazkera (Afghan National ID) and their application for a new passport has been rejected by the Embassy. Applicants MUST apply for a passport first, if they are rejected by the passport section they will be provided with a passport application proof.

How to Apply

By Post

  •  Send in a copy of your ID showing proof of your identity such as a copy of your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) card (Front and Back).
  •  Passport application Proof.
  • Include a pre-paid return envelope to return your documents back to your address.
  • Attach a postal order of £20 Application fees. (We do not accept cash payments- CARD ONLY)

In Person

  • Walk-in service
  • Bring in your ID and its copy showing proof of your identity such as a copy of your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) card (Front and Back).
  • Passport Application Proof
